Cupping is a bodywork treatment where special cups are placed on your skin to create suction, lifting the muscles. This gentle pulling helps increase blood flow, relaxes muscles, and can help with pain and soreness. Doesn’t hurt a bit!
It allows freshly oxygenated blood to areas where circulation has become stagnant, boosting your immune system and releasing those nagging knots.
The cups can either stay in one spot or be moved around, and sometimes you’ll see little round marks on your skin after, but they go away after a few days.

Krista was awesome! She had no surprises like steam or hot towels. She gave a heads up on everything. She was thorough and patient. My only regret was I had 30 min instead of 60 min. Next time though…
